This yoga-based practice with a focus to strengthen & tone the entire core. Working with breathwork, low-impact excercises and classic yoga asanas, you will activate & condition your abdominals, obliques and lower back. 

 

Expect to also work on your flexibility via generous opening poses.

This practice will help you articulate your limbs, get the blood flowing through the body and will offer an energising end to your Tuesday.

Sync breath to movement in this Vinyasa class designed to build ​​

focus, steady breath, strength and flexibility. 

Visit known postures and sequences, and also ready to be surprised with creative transitions and movement modifications. 

Follow the class's theme linked to the original Yoga philosophy and find it's own meaning for your contemporary life.
