Join visual artist and singer Dessy Baeva and dance & movement artist Stephanie Handjiiska for a soulful, embodied gathering welcoming the Year of the Fire Horse. This immersive event weaves together dance, Kundalini Yoga and creative art practice to explore themes of courage, renewal and inner fire. Through guided movement, breath, ritual and visual expression, we will create space to reflect, release and intentionally step into the new year with clarity and vitality. 📍 Create + Destroy Studios, Hackney (Fish Island) 🗓 15th February ⏰ 2:30–4:30pm Come as you are – no experience needed – and leave feeling grounded, energised and inspired. Her work explores the topics of spirituality, the play between masculine and feminine and our place and connection to everything in the Universe.
